Get ready to dig into one of Long Island’s most flavorful festivals of the Summer presented by Lighthouse Market and MDP Events! Set along the scenic shoreline of South Jamesport Beach, Hooked: South Jamesport Seafood Shellabration is a sunset seafood fest featuring a beachside clam and lobster bake, live music, local craft beer and wine, handpicked artisan vendors, jumbo outdoor games, and more.
This isn’t your average vendor market—it’s a laid-back, seaside experience where locals and visitors come together to eat, sip, shop, and shellabrate!

🦀 Vendor Application Details
Vendor spaces are extremely limited and curated to ensure variety and quality. If you’re unsure whether your product or setup will be accepted, you may request a pre-approval review within 24 hours before applying by emailing mdpeventsllc@gmail.com.
✅ 10’ x 10’ Vendor Space
Only one space may be purchased per vendor.
💰 $10 Non-Refundable Application Fee
This fee is required with all applications. If your application is not accepted due to category limits or other factors, your payment will be refunded minus the non-refundable fee.
📝 Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis. Please allow up to 14 business days for a response.

Your vendor fee helps cover full-scale event production and promotion, including:
✔ Targeted social media marketing and influencer partnerships
✔ Print, digital, and radio advertising
✔ Event staffing, security, and permitting
✔ On-site logistics and signage
✔ Vendor features and brand highlights
📌 Event Guidelines
• Vendors must remain set up for the entire event (4:00 PM – 9:00 PM)
• Load-in instructions, time slots, and parking details will be provided 3–5 days prior to the event
• Late arrivals may be required to wait until all scheduled vendors have completed setup
• This event is rain or shine
• All vendor fees are non-refundable due to fixed costs related to production, staffing, and marketing
